Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Noigroup Pty Ltd (ABN [insert ABN]) of [insert business address] (Promoter).

2. Promotion Name
Noigroup Spin to Win Promotion.

3. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at the opening of the Australian Pain Society Conference exhibition hall on April 20-2026 and closes at the end of exhibition trading on April 23, 2026 (Promotion Period). This will also run at the ESSA conference between April 30, 2026 and May 3, 2026 (Promotion Period)

4. Eligible Entrants
Entry is open to persons aged 18 years or over who attend the Australian Pain Society Conference or Exercise and Sport Science Australia Conference during the Promotion Period and comply with these Terms and Conditions.

5. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must during the Promotion Period:

a. Scan the QR code displayed at the Noigroup exhibition stand.
b. Complete the online entry form in full.
c. Provide consent to join the Noigroup email list and receive marketing communications.
d. Confirm email subscription if prompted.
e. Present confirmation of completed entry to Noigroup staff.

Upon successful completion of the above steps, the entrant will receive one (1) spin of the promotional prize wheel.

Limit of one (1) entry and one (1) spin per person during the Promotion Period unless otherwise determined by the Promoter.

6. Prizes
Prizes available to be won include, but are not limited to:

• One (1) Pod Supercharged course enrolment valued at AUD $849
• 10% discount offers
• $40 book discount offers
• $50 book discount offers
• Selected Noigroup books
• Spin Again opportunities
• Other promotional prizes as displayed at the stand

The total prize pool is under AUD $5,000.

7. Prize Allocation
Prizes are determined by chance via the spin wheel result at the time of participation.

8. Prize Conditions

a. Discounts apply to eligible Noigroup purchases only and cannot be redeemed for cash.
b. Discount prizes cannot be combined with other offers unless the Promoter agrees.
c. Book prizes are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
d. The Explain Pain On-Demand Supercharged course prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Enrolment must be redeemed within 12 months unless otherwise advised.
e. Spin Again prizes entitle the entrant to one additional immediate spin only.

9. Prize Claiming
Instant prizes must be claimed during the Promotion Period unless otherwise advised by the Promoter. If a prize requires later fulfilment, entrants must provide valid contact details.

10. Use of Personal Information
By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for:

• administering this promotion
• adding the entrant to the Noigroup email list
• sending marketing communications, updates, offers and educational content

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in emails.

11. Conference Affiliation
This promotion is conducted by the Promoter and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by the Australian Pain Society unless expressly stated otherwise.

12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for technical failures, incomplete entries, lost entries, or any loss arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of a prize.

13. Variation / Cancellation
The Promoter may vary, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its control, subject to applicable laws.

14. Disputes
Any disputes regarding this promotion will be determined by the Promoter acting reasonably, subject to applicable consumer laws.

15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia and Australia.
